My stay here during the long Lunar New Year holiday was beyond expectations. The staffs were friendly and accommodating. They always checked on me if I need anything in the room. Upon check-in, the owner was kind enough to tell me what to expect on Lunar New Year's Eve and the day after so that I could plan the rest of the days. Of the few hotels I stayed in, this has the most favorable location; situated in a street with lots of dining options; local food, and 24hrs coffee shops, plus within walking distance to the train street. This location has a decent distance from the different attractions — some are even within walking distance. I had such a great stay and holiday!

Stayed here for a week. My room was cleaned everyday, bathroom has hot water, and I have two big windows where the light comes in which I really liked. Definitely much quieter place than any other around Old Quarter. What I liked the most were their friendly and helpful staff. I got all the amazing eats from the lobbyists' recommendations. 🥰 Location is convenient — in the middle of food street so lots of cute cafés and food stalls offering amazing local food. On its left is a superb high-end restaurant offering traditional Vietnamese food. And on its right is a quiet cafe where I could work remotely in peace.

I loved to stay in this really nice Boutique Hotel. Ioved to talk to the manager Ngoc Anh. She is such a lovely person. She helped me with all my belongings and I could easily extend my stay! Above that they take care of my lugagge during my 3 day trip to Hanoi. I can really recommend to stay here. Also the rooms are very nice, clean quiet and just around the corner from train street. You can reach many things just by walk. Looking forward for my next stay in Hanoi in this hotel:))

It was very central a location, the staff were all exceedingly nice. Daily room cleaning and it was safe, my passport and wallet were kept in my locked luggage as they don’t have a hotel safe. The bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable but for the price, location and staff, I think you get more than what you pay for. Also they got me a good discount on my Halong bay day trip.

You couldn’t ask for a better location, in the middle of a scooter / pedestrian only small street lined with local restaurants and coffee shops. Train street is a 1 minute walk away and there are shops and nice bakeries very close by. The staff were very helpful especially Ling who spoke good English.
